By day, I’m a high school business teacher (a role I absolutely love), and by night, I pour my heart into helping small business owners tell their stories online in a way that truly connects. After years of dreaming, I’m officially launching Dampier Collective – a creative studio offering social media management, brand strategy, content creation, and more.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky and bring over six years of hands-on experience in the marketing world. This business has grown organically from the ground up – shaped by coffee chats with local entrepreneurs, spontaneous photo shoots for friends, and helping small businesses navigate the ever-changing digital landscape (yes, including why everyone is posting reels now).

For years, people have asked what my side hustle is – and I finally have a name:

This name holds deep meaning for me. While I’ll be taking my fiancé’s last name this fall (hello, Mrs. Sea!), I wanted to honor the name and legacy I come from – a family of driven, self-made entrepreneurs. Naming this business Dampier is my way of carrying that spirit forward.

I’m so excited to finally give this dream the time and attention it deserves – and even more excited to help you grow yours.
